Comfortable double bed, guest bathroom, wholefood breakfast, large secluded garden, Loxley /Bradfield valley, edge of peak park, 3 miles city centre: quiet beautiful area for walking, steep cycle routes, Tour De France 2015. Family house, children flown. Comfy double bed. Cheery room with chair and chest of drawers, own Bathroom. Breakfast is in hosts open plan living, dining area. We eat organic food ourselves and want to offer this to guests, the building is old and cottagey but our decor informal and not traditional. Room only, plus breakfast in dining area. Garden with views from the top: (Lots of steps). Smallish Summer House. Own bathroom. Off road parking. Bike shed. We intent to make guests as comfortable as possible and provide any local information needed. No dogs. You can walk into woods from our house or a short car ride or hourly bus takes you out into a lesser known area of the Peak District National Park. And its only 3 to 4 miles to the city centre. You can walk 15 to 20 minutes and catch a tram to town ( running every 10 minutes, 20 mins to town) or you can catch a bus 5 minutes walk away running 3 times per hour, takes 35 mins. The bedroom has velux windows with good light excluding blinds.
