This cottage (https: // caladejoux.com/) is an old Ardèche building of the 18th century located in the town of Chassiers, a village of character in the Regional Park of the Monts d'Ardèche. The house is set on the foothills of the Cevennes, surrounded by vineyards, olive and chestnut trees. You will enjoy in an absolute calm of several terraces including a covered ventilated panoramic bearing until Mt Ventoux and a swimming pool of 10x5mm with salt. The property has been fully restored with a capacity of 7 people, ideally arranged for 2 families of the same group. We offer a stress-free arrival with our all-inclusive formula: prepared bedding, towels & bath, cleaning, taxes and what you can prepare a meal in the evening and a breakfast. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The city of Largentiere is 10 minutes by car with all its amenities (retail, supermarket, medical home, tourism office, market on Tuesday ...). 30 minutes away, the Ardèche Gorges National Reserve and the Cave of the Pont d'Arc (CHAUVET Cave - UNESCO heritage site)
