We are close to M3, Junction 4 & 4a,Connection to M25 Local buses,Trains for ease to London. Theatre, Castle lake. Woods. Patio, Breakfast/Dining area, Bathroom shower with bath,Kitchen, (Please note the property doesn't have child fitted gates)We have a fully integrated smoke alarm system, heat detectors, serviced annually & inspected on a weekly basis ,FULL FIRE PRECAUTIONS & FIRE EXITS AROUND THE BUILDING,& WE ARE FULLY LICENCED. Strictly No Smoking out front of property, use either back yard or Alleyway to left of property. Do not drop Butts out front. Use of the communal areas, dining (Website hidden by Airbnb) & patio area. (If Dogs are requested & excepted,They must be kept on a lead in communal areas at all times, NOT allowed on bedding, or left alone in the property at any time, if this is ignored you will be charged £20 daily and a possibility of being asked to vacate with no refund) )The garden can be used but must be kept on a lead & clean up. NO dropping off or unloading in front of the property The neighbourhood close is very quant & generally quiet, Please be respectful with noise levels at night & curtious with parking not too close to driveways. Local shops & takeaways available, Indian restaurants, pubs Chinese all within walking distance. Local buses trains & recommended taxi numbers in all rooms. No smoking out front of property use alleyway you left or back yard. Trains are within 20 mins walk / London connections, Buses are 3 min walk from top of our road. We are available to give advice. 3 other rooms are also rented for B&B, Please be considerate with noise & door slamming. Iron & Ironing board is located in the utility room if you choose to use it. No food in rooms please ANIMALS if agreed prior must be kept under control & at NO point left unattended or alone at any time or left i rooms or Apartment STRICKLY NO SMOKING out front of property use either back yard or Alleyways to left of house, & please use ash tubs provided . Children not allowed crayons felt pens or biro in rooms. Any damages are chargeable.
