Private Annex with Hot Tub

Located within the gardens of a quaint cottage, this private annex is modern, cosy and relaxed. The perfect place to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside or use as a base for the areas multitude of sporting and cultural events. The annex is split in to 4 rooms: A cosy living room, complete with wood burning fire and 70'' TV , DVD player and free view channels . The large L-shaped sofa, is perfect to come back to after a long days out in the local countryside. Generously sized bedroom with queen bed and stylish wood furnishing. A modern bathroom with shower/bath and WC. A small pantry with refrigeration, a microwave, toaster and tea / coffee . Please note this is not a proper kitchen and therefore doesn't have proper cooking facilities . However the area is full of fantastic pubs, restaurants and deli's we'd be happy to recommend. And the local shop in Kirdford does a great cooked breakfast !! Outside is connected by a series of double doors and there's a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for a sunny morning coffee. Here you'll also find the hot tub overlooking paddocks. Parking is available off the road and access is through the garden of the main house. Acres is also available to the overlooked paddock which leads you on to an extensive network of footpaths, perfect for walking and exploring. We will always make sure to be on hand to greet and settle you in. After that it's completely up to you but we'd love to help you get to know the area and offer advise where we can. With Goodwood racecourse, house and motor circuit close. Cowdray polo club and the historic town of Petworth just around the corner, this is the perfect place to base yourself for one of sussex's thriving calendar of events. If it's just a quiet getaway you're after, the bountiful countryside, great walking and fantastic pubs should keep you more than satisfied. It's circa 10 minutes drive to nearby Petworth for all major conveniences. However the village has a self run village store which is great value and stocks some great local produce. Linen and towels are provided . Tea , coffee , milk , sugar and a packet of yummy biscuits are here to welcome you ....... plus a bottle of wine to enjoy !
