Cosy 2 bedroom home with all the mod cons for a comfortable stay yet maintaining some traditional features from this edwardian house! Cosy home with two bedrooms and two showers. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal and a dining area to enable you to socialise and enjoy it together. There are some books and games available to help you relax and enjoy your stay and the river wey and other picturesque sights within walkin disance of the house. You have full access to the house itself including living room with smart TV and kitchen which includes cooking facilities and essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pepper and a washing machine. There is an outbuilding which guests do not have access to and a shed with access by prior agreement only. We hope to be able to meet and greet you on arrival as we like to be able to meet our guests and enable you to meet us. But if we are unable to meet you in person we have a keysafe for you to arrive at your own convenience and gain entry to your temporary home. We stay closeby and will be available by phone, email or text to assist in any way needed! Great location in a quiet residential area with the River Wey canal and towpath a 5 minute walk from the house! Guildford town centre a 20 minutes walk along the canal or 10 minutes by bus! Also within easy waking distance is a pub, coop and take aways! East access to Surrey Hills and areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty! We live down a dead-end and as a result it is actually quicker to reach most local amenities by foot rather than car as we have a pedestrian cutway at the end of our road. Guildford train station is approximately a 20 minute walk away with direct train to London Waterloo! Easy access to A3 and M25 with limited unresricted street parking closeby! If you're cycling we have a secure shed where you're welcome to store your bike with prior agreement. This is our home which we are opening up to welcome guests to stay whilst we are adventuring in our camper Miss India - a converted police riot van.
