Car parking is possible in front of the house, the way from the bus stop is 500m, from the train station 2km. The building is a former spa house built in the 19th century to the Kořenov peat spa. The immediate vicinity of the house was a spa park and even a popular forest theater. Jizera river 300m, pension with sauna 100m, restaurant Martinské údolí 1400m, cross-country trails at the house, entrance to the Jizera highway 1km, ski slope Mýtiny 1400m, food Coop 900m, bus stop 300m.
