Victoria the Victorian railway carriage

Welcome to Victoria, this beautifully restored Victorian railway carriage is in the heart of the Norfolk countryside set on a working farm. We are within walking distance to Grain brewery and various food and drink makers based on The farm. We are a stones throw from Norwich with its artisan shops and it’s fabulous castle and museums. Well behaved Dogs are welcome in the carriages and there are some glorious walks right from the front door of your carriage. Local produce welcome hamper included. Victoria has a little kitchen with gas hob, you have hot and cold running water, there is a small en-suite with loo, sink and shower with shampoo and body wash. The wood burning stove will keep you toasty. The sofa pulls out into a double bed and all your bedding is included and stored under the sofa, if you would like me to make the bed for you before you arrive just let me know when you book. There is a lockable shed with gas fridge and 2 bikes for guests to use, each carriage has its own fridge and set of keys for the hut. The hut is big enough for guests to use for storing wellies and extra bits and bobs. I will be there to check you in and am available to call. Richard ( the owner of the farm) is happy to give farm tours or to give any information you might like regarding the farm or it’s history. There are only two carriages on the site. There are some lovely walks around the farm. In the winter if you want to go exploring don’t forget your welly boots !
