There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside is a decked veranda and lawned garden area, as well as off-road parking for 2 cars. 37 Amberwood is a quiet retreat for anyone looking to explore the delights of Devon. Please Note: The outdoor heated pool is available from 1st April to end of September - please book in advance at reception. The indoor pool is regrettably not available until further notice. The bar and restaurant on site is being refurnished and will reopen Saturday 2nd April 2022 Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Netflix and DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Decking with furniture and lawned garden. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Beach 1.6 miles. Surrounded by picturesque woodland and open farmland, the village sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while the narrow streets are filled with quaint cottages, quirky shops and a traditional pub. The dramatic South West Coast Path runs through the village which is ideal for walkers.
