Separate utility/boot room and luxury bathroom. Newly built to the highest standards and luxury finish. "Landscape" is a Luxury detached lodge set in the stunning Dedham Vale in a peaceful, tranquil location a short walk from Willy Lott's House at Flatford Mill. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Constable Country. The lodge is brand new for July 2021 and finished to a luxury standard. Sleeping 4, One bedroom has a king size bed and the other can be two singles or a king double. High Speed Fibre Broadband and Sky TV with Sports. The second bedroom also has a TV if children want to bring DVD players or consoles . Two well behaved dogs are very welcome . There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine and separate utility/boot room, log burner , bi-fold doors and a patio . The lodge is on a 2.5 acre site with just six other lodges located on a very private plot with spectacular views. Guests have access to the whole detached lodge , there are no shared areas . Two parking spaces. We are available at all times and only live 20minutes away . The lodge is just a short 5-7 minute walk from Willy Lott's House at Flatford Mill , the scene of John Constable's 'The Haywain'. It is perfectly located for idyllic walks, bike rides , relaxing afternoons and evenings dining out , the area is well known for it's upmarket villages , charming market towns , popular tea rooms , local pubs , eateries and acclaimed golf courses . The stunning landscapes of the Dedham Vale on the Suffolk-Essex border are made famous by artists Constable and Gainsborough . There is a gate straight onto the footpath network with some delightful walks down to the river , Willy Lott's House at Flatford Mill and through to Dedham. There is further footpath access to Manningtree across the river and fields. The larger towns of Ipswich and Colchester are both just 9 miles away. Manningtree station is 4 miles away. Flatford is in the heart of Constable Country and Flatford Mill is only a 5-7 minute walk. It is a beautiful area to explore on foot or bike but is only a 5 minute drive from the A12.
