This modern first floor apartment has panoramic views of Douglas bay and headland. The view is ever changing, watch the sail boats/ferries and the occasional cruise shop arrive in port. All rooms are modern and oversized. An optional 2nd bedroom that shares the main bathroom is available for families. The location is amazing and there are panoramic views from all rooms (as a one bed apartment ). This apartment is in a fabulous location within ten minutes drive from the centre of Douglas, yet you are in a quiet location with stunning views of Douglas Bay. The views are ever changing, you can watch the fishing boats and watch the fishermen drop the lobster pots right in front of the property. You can watch the ferries go in and out. You might be lucky to wake up to a cruise ship as a new neighbour in front of the house, as they come in quite often. The location couldn't be much better, and the apartment is modern and well equipt for self catering. There is a lovely decking where you can sit out at night and listen to the sea lapping in the bay nearby. I may soon have a hot tub up and running at an extra cost, so please enquire if this has happened or not if you wish to add that to your booking. All the rooms are oversized and spacious and light and airy. You will love it! The apartment is one bedroom, but can be booked as a two bedroom(this room doesn’t have a view), as I have a second optional bedroom, but it would then have one bathroom for the two rooms so the two bed version is really only suitable for families, this is available on Airbnb as two bed apartment, or ask and I can let you know the extra cost.🌸 You will have access to a private deck but a shared garden with one other apartment. The garden can however be booked for your sole use during your stay at an extra cost please ask 😎 I am happy to be on hand to help with local information and restaurants etc, I can also offer breakfast and evening meals at an extra cost. Otherwise, the apartment is self contained, so you do not have to interact with me if you need some you time! 💕 I love being by the sea. I love that it's a 40 minute walk into the town centre where there are lots of lovely restaurants at the harbour and in town. I also love that there are some pubs and restaurants within a 20 minute coastal walk. (There is a spar shop, tapas bar, fish and chip cafe and a deli within a 10/15 min walk). I love the Isle of Man and that it has so many amazing beaches to explore! I love that you can walk from the apartment to the electric railway which can take you on some amazing adventures around this beautiful island. I love the Isle of Man! ❤️ You can walk into Douglas (40 min) in the coastal path. or you can catch the electric tram to Laxey or Ramsey or connect to the horse tram into Douglas from the top of the road. There is also a bus stop to most locations at the top of the road (5 min walk). There are lots of amazing walks in glens and coastal paths around the area. I am afraid that for TT the rates are different to quoted and are available upon requests. I also during school holidays prefer week long bookings, as I get fully booked, however I will look at other shorter bookings depending on the dates, but it would be minimum of 5 days at peak time, (but always ask for less in case it fits.) The apartment is a one bedroomed ensuite, but can connect to a further bedroom, but this would mean sharing a bathroom, so this option would really only suit family's, although I can provide an alternative way into the second bedroom for non families . There is an extra charge for the second bedroom. For the 2019 season, an extra one bedroom small apartment with its own small lounge, bedroom with ensuite, and it’s own small kitchen, can be added, and this sleeps two more people, and can connect directly and internally to the main apartment, making the apartment able to sleep 8 (this is an extra charge and is not always available), please ask if you need details. I can also add breakfast, evening meals, and private yoga classes are also available on request, so please ask if you interested in these rates. I cannot promise availability though as I am away often with work. The map would not let me add the correct location so please do not go off that, please ask me for exact directions, it's close, but my exact location is obviously on the coast. I will leave lots of information about this amazing island in the apartment, but I am more than happy to answer any questions or help with restaurant advice or actually any advice or help you might need whilst staying on the island.
