Le Rosier: house in Montgresin

Independent house equipped for six people. In a quiet environment near Chantilly (10 min) and Senlis, but also the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte (30 min), the Parc des Expositions du Bourget (30 min) and Disneyland Paris (60 min), Asterix 20 min, the Sandy Sea (20 min). The train station of Orry la ville is 3 km away and takes you to Paris (20 minutes by train). The Charles De Gaulle airport is 15 min by the A1 from the exit of Survilliers. The house is surrounded by a large garden and the quiet is absolute despite the proximity of the road that leads to Chantilly. A large outdoor terrace allows to enjoy the garden when the weather permits and to have lunch or dinner outside (barbecue available). This house is adjacent to the one next to it that can accommodate 5 people. ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ You share the garden ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Our homes are equipped so you can live "at home": the kitchens are well equipped, and the decoration has been designed to make you feel comfortable. Travelers have their own parking. They have use of the garden and can enter and exit with a beep. We are usually on site and are at the disposal of the travelers to help them in their stay and their installation (for the races, the places to visit, the good addresses etc ...) Located in the hamlet of Montgresin at 5 Km from Chantilly the house offers quiet and change of scenery. Walks in the forest can lead you through woods in Senlis, Chantilly and it is not uncommon to "meet" on the way deer, deer and sometimes even wild boars ... You have many paths for bike rides or on foot and the Etangs de Commelles are at 1km. Within a few kilometers you will find all shops. In the center of Orry la Ville you will find a bakery, a butcher shop, a newspaper shop and two restaurants. In Montgrésin itself there are two restaurants. A 5min drive from the house you have an Intermarché open every day and Sunday morning until 12:30. Local markets are: Wednesday - Saturday for Chantilly Tuesday - Friday for Senlis Les Etangs de Commelles are 10 minutes walk from the house and the forest is next door. Everything is relatively easy to get from Montgrésin but it takes a vehicule. The train station to Paris or Creil is 5 minutes by car. Of course there are taxis from Chantilly and we also working with professional drivers that you can contact. As mentioned above you can safely park your vehicles in the yard The proximity to the north of Paris and its activities centers (the Villepinte exhibition center is 30 km away, half a hour away, Parc des Expositions du Bourget, Charles de Gaulle airport), the possibility to park in our courtyard commercial vehicles as private individuals are appreciated facilities of the professionals who take part in the fairs and exhibitions locally organized. Indeed, it is easier to go north from Chantilly than from Paris or its suburbs especially at peak hours.
