It is within 30 minutes of the popular destinations of Boone, West Jefferson, Elkin, Sparta, Stone Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are 40 miles to Appalachian Ski Mtn. and 55 to Sugar and Beech Mountain. Five miles to Merlefest, the Brushy Mountain Apple Festival and Carolina in the Fall. House has a side entrance and carport for covered parking. We live in the area and are more than happy to suggest local activities and restaurants. This light illuminates based on motion and will illuminate the driveway as a similar motion sensor will provide light at the front door.
