Close to main bus route, shops, airport, walks, & beachs. A great location easily accessible, yet on a very quiet. Lovely garden and outside areas, modern kitchen with usual mod cons. A 'friendly' house, 3 spaniels & 3 cats. Enjoy meeting new people, ensuring they have all needed for a home from home stay. Close to rugby club, sports centre, 3 golf courses, St Brelade's Bay for the sunbathers and children alike. St ouens bay if you like it more natural and fancy a go at surfing. This is a king-size double bed with sole use of the bathroom that has a shower and bath. I also have a slightly smaller room next door which I can book if within the same family or party group at an extra fee. If you want this extra room please let me know when you enquire I will hold it for you. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor. There is a gas BBQ and a charcoal Webber for the dedicated ‘keep it real’ chefs. I’d love you to make use of the garden and outside seating and lounging area, I even have a tepee if that floats your boat. I want this stay to be a real home from home for you and will do what I can to make your stay as relaxed as possible. Basically, if you want something just ask and I will do my best to accommodate it. When you book I will ask what you like to have for breakfast so I can ensure it's here for you to do with as you wish. Dressing gowns, beach towels, and anything usual in the bathroom is provided to save you packing space. You will be able to use all of the house. I'm very happy to help in any way I can when you stay and always available to give tips on the best places to eat and visit. The most important thing is you have the break you want, I'm happy to help you with tips of places to visit and eat. If walking is your thing I can tell you of many walks that many locals don't know about, and if you want some company then you would be welcome to join me on my dog walks and see the parts of the Island many don't see. Depending on arrival time I can pick up from airport. On the other hand I recognise people simply want to be - all I care about is that you have the holiday "you want' The lane is very quiet, the only thing you are likely to hear is chickens or the odd dog barking when someone arrives. This is a very quiet area and yet really convenient for all amenities and the main bus route to St Helier, airport or to the beach is only 5 minutes away. Within an easy 10 minute walk to St Brelades bay - Jerseys prime family beach and beauty spot. Easy walks open up a number of other beaches, coastline walks, and the 'local' shops, sports centre, supermarkets, banks and chemists all easily walkable. The number 15 bus is a 5 minute walk - 3 if you are in a rush. There is parking on site. If you have allergies to animals this probably would not suit you as they are all very friendly. I will do my best to keep basics in stock and will ask you for your preferred breakfast goodies so I can buy them in for your use. The room has hairdryer, straighteners, dressing gowns and beach towels for your use.
