Amazing Cottage with sea view!

Located between City and beautiful archipelago. Just by the sea. Close to local shops and restaurants. City is 35 min by bus/ 25 min by car. Cottage built 2016. Comfy King size doublebed + two beds on a cozy loft. Wifi. De luxe bathroom w shower, WC, zink and Heated floor. Large flat screen cable-TV. Fridge, Water boiler, Coffee Press, Cutlery, Glasses, Mugs etc. Please note: NO FULL Kitchen.. but a Chef Plus Microw/oven. Also, in season, an outdoor grill, seating chairs & a table. We provide Coffe, Tea, A Water Boiler and French CoffeePress. Baby crib free of charge on request. Extra camp bed on request. Outdoor bbq grill and some outdoor chairs and table in season. (Charcoal can be bought at nearby grocerystore coop or gas-station) Guests have full and private access to the whole cottage. Free car parking on our driveway. Lockbox/keybox so guests may come and go as they want 24/7. Code to the lockbox is sent after confirmed booking and prior to check in. We live in the main house next door. We are available for your inquiries, tips and support during your stay. Laundry can be arranged at small extra cost for longstay min 20 days Kolvik is a waterfront community with a great location between the city and famous Stockholm Archipelago. Guest jetty available if you arrive by boat. Local shops and restaurants as well as Bus Stop are within 5 min walk in Hemmesta Centrum. Stockholm city is 25 min by car, or ca 30 - 45 min by public buses. To/From: Stockholm city: 27 km. 25-30 min by car, or approx 35-45 min by public bus. Public buses are operated by SL, Stockholms LokalTrafik. They have multi-language info for all visitors where you can plan your trips and getting around. Please note that all public buses, subway and trains are cash free, you need to buy tickets online or buy an access pass. Visitstockholm is a great resource for tourists and visitors where you can look up things to do and see as well as geting around. Visitvarmdo is the Värmdö County site with info for visitors. -Arlanda Airport: 74 km. aprox 1 hour by car. There are different means of public airport transfers to chose from. -Local beaches and jettys within a few hundred metres. Grisslinge Havsbad, one of the best beaches in whole of Stockholm, is a 20 min walk or 3-4 min by bus. -Local shops and restaurants are within 5 min walk in Hemmesta Centrum. Nearest Bus stop to Stockholm City, to Waxholm and archipelago: Hemmesta Centrum -Hiking trails, nature reserves are within 15-20 minutes by car or public buses and ferry. Björnö (Bjorno) is a very nice and popular hiking trail and nature reserve. *Garbage bins at the rear of the garage. (one for food stuff + one for other waste) *Beautiful stroll along the sea just steps from the cottage. *Close to many Nature reserves, hiking trails etc. (for example Björnö Naturreservat)
