Our newly remodeled village apartment is a nestled right in the heart of the village offering you all that Waterbury has to offer for dining, entertainment, and craft beer, all within walking distance from this modern and private apartment. Whether your coming into Waterbury for a get away, extended stay, or business our beautiful unit boasts some amazing amenities from a business center to ROKU TV's in both the living room and bedroom streaming complimentary Netflix and Hulu. Our space is a bright and airy walkout basement apartment. The unit offers you plenty of privacy with its separate entrance and patio. You’ll enjoy views of our rolling back lawn and sounds of birds and crickets in the summer that will make you forget your right in the center of a village. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware to prepare and store home cooked meals using it's brand new appliances. The patio offers bistro style seating and a full sized grill for those who’d like to barbecue. When you're ready to settle in for the night our luxurious king size bed will easily put you at ease. Try turning on the Himalayan salt lamp for a spa like atmosphere. For those travelers coming with guests, the living room sofa hides a queen size pull out with an inviting memory foam layer to ensure an amazing night's sleep. I'm easily available via text to answer any questions that may arise. The high street neighborhood is a quiet side street nestled on one of the higher points of town. It's combination of duplexes/triplexes and single family home create a warm welcoming neighborhood for all who visit. Just about everything in Waterbury is within walking distance. Our charming apartment is no different. Feel free to easily walk to our village's down town area where there is a multitude of shops, dining, and craft beer options or hope in your car and take a short 15 minute drive to Stowe and see all this quintessential ski town has to offer. Don't forget to hit the Ben & Jerry's factory and scoop shop on your way back through!
