Luxury Villa of 250m2 with 4 double bedrooms located in the center of Condette just 3 kilometers from Golf d’Hardelot (Les pins courses). Local shops are only a 2 minutes’ walk from the village center (grocery store, typical market village 3 times per week). You will enjoy the exclusiveness and the peacefulness of the Villa and its beautiful wooded park (4000m2). A beautiful wooded deck surrounds the villa: this will be the perfect place to spend good time with your family or with your friends during summer time. The villa can host up to 10 people. The ground floor includes an entrance, a hall, an open kitchen, a back kitchen, a dining room as well as a vast living space with a large fireplace and a master suite with TV and a bathroom (bathtub+ shower) On the first floor, one large room with a TV and a queen size bed, another room with a queen size bed and a third room with two single beds, a large bathroom (bathtub + shower) and finally a comfortable bed sofa for 2 persons on the mezzanine. Full basement with playroom, cellar, laundry room, double garage. Beds linens, pillows and towels provided. Bikes and ping-pong table are available, TV, Internet connection and WIFI. On the terrace there is a large table for 12 people, a lovely sofa for relaxing and a BBQ for outside eating.
