The apartment is located in the area of ​​Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes by car from the city of Santa Cruz. There is a promenade where you can admire the sea and a large beach that borders the entire avenue. The best thing about the beach is the tranquility that is breathed since the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months that can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristy and frequented beaches of the island.
