It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 (with en-suite shower room) has a Super-king bed, or can be configured as 2 singles. Bedroom 2 also has a Super-king bed, or can be configured as 2 singles. The large lounge has a double sofa bed. Therefore there is space for 4-6 people to sleep in comfort. Sleep well on Premium Egyptian linen. There is plenty of storage space. Facilities: Patio doors lead directly out onto a private courtyard. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Relax with HD TV entertainment including a full Netflix subscription where you can catch up on the latest series or watch your favourite film. Perfect for couples, families, or professionals: Our free Fibre broadband offers a super fast download speed with unlimited usage. Each apartment is equipped with a desk, alarm radio clock with USB charger, washer/drier, iron and ironing board. Security: There is an allocated parking space within the Underground secure car park (max height 6ft 6″ (2m)) with lift to the apartment and CCTV. A Yale keyless lock with unique access code for each new guest gives peace of mind with minimal hassle. Further long term public parking spaces are available nearby. On arrival there will be a Welcome pack of toiletries and tea/coffee. Egyptian linen and fluffy towels provided. For long stay guests we offer a regular cleaning service with linen and towel change. Notes: Sorry no pets, no parties, and no smoking (but you can indulge in the courtyard!) This is a self contained private apartment and guests will have access to all rooms within the apartment. Guests have access to the outside private courtyard, and to the underground secure car park with dedicated parking space. Communal bins for rubbish and recycling are located in a room off the underground car park. The apartments are self check in. The apartment is located in a secure gated block right in the centre of Leatherhead with easy access to shops, the train station, and to the M25.
