Georgian cottage on the edge of a national park

Enjoy a relaxing stay at Lattice Cottage situated on the edge of Sussex Downs National Park. A Georgian farmhouse & family smallholding within 1.8 acres of woodland. The spacious rooms are homely with stunning views of the surrounding Downlands and free-roaming birds connecting you back to nature and a time gone by. Close to the A23 , Brighton (8 miles). The local village of Hurstpierpoint is a 20 minute walk along the road or bridleways. Excellent cycling routes along the South Downs Way. This listing is for a room within a family home. You will have access to a separate guest shower room next to your room. Also you will have access to a shared kitchen, lounge and our amazing garden and woods. Bring your dog! We offer boarding at £25 per night. We are a family of 4 and run an animal sanctuary, this means that we are either at home or not too far away. We have lived in the area for many years and can offer lots of tips on places to eat, drink and walk. We are lucky to live in a beautiful location, there are many local walks that you can take or borrow our bikes to get further faster! We are close to many things to see and do from Windmills to paint-balling.
