A spacious & fully equiped house (3 bedrooms) in the city center of Woerden. Central & close to great cities. The house is located on “The Kade”. One of the most beautiful & quiet parts of the center with great views over the water. In the summer a nice place to relax by the water, watch boats, enjoy a drink or take a jump in the swimming water!! The house is great for families with children of all ages. There is a children's room, a chest of drawers, a crib and a cot. The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor is the living room, toilet & a dining room / kitchen with French doors to the terrace/ garden at the back of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother & kettle). On the first floor is the "Master Bedroom" with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.20), a bench, a wardrobe, an armchair & a French balcony with a view over the water. The children's room (a crib, a cot & a double bed 1.40 x 2.20) is also on the first floor, as is the bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor is the third bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), an armchair & a sink with tap. There is also a separate laundry, work / study room here. ————- Het huis heeft 3 etages. Op de begane grond is de woonkamer, toilet & een eetkamer/keuken met openslaande deuren naar het terras aan de achterkant van de woning. De keuken is voorzien van verschillende apparaten (koelkast, vriezer, oven, Nespresso apparaat, melkopschuimer & waterkoker). Op de eerste etage bevindt zich de ‘master bedroom’ met een groot tweepersoons bed (1.80 x 2.20), een bankje, een kledingkast, een fauteuil & een frans balkon met uitzicht over het water. Ook de kinderkamer (een wiegje, een ledikant & een tweepersoonsbed 1.40 x 2.20) bevindt zich op de eerste etage alsmede de badkamer met ligbad. Op de tweede etage bevindt zich de derde slaapkamer met twee losse eenpersoons bedden (0.90 x 2.00), een fauteuil & een wasbak met kraantje. Ook bevindt zich hier een aparte was, werk/ studeerkamer. Woerden is a vibrant city with plenty to do to enjoy yourself. For example, there are various nice playgrounds (indoor and outdoor), parks, swimming water & beaches, restaurants, terraces, (regional) markets & museums. A special recommendation is to rent a boat (across the water from the house) and discover the area from the water! —- Woerden is een bruisende stad waar genoeg te doen is om jezelf te vermaken. Zo zijn er onder andere diverse leuke speeltuinen (binnen en buiten), parken, zwemwater & strandjes, restaurantjes, terrassen, (streek) markten & musea. Een bijzondere aanrader is om (aan de overkant van het water vanaf het huis) een sloep te huren en zo de omgeving vanaf het water te ontdekken! The train station is within walking distance with direct connection to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Rotterdam (35 minutes), Utrecht (10 minutes), Leiden (30 minutes) & The Hague (40 minutes). Parking: A car be parked in the street (paid parking) or within walking distance (for free). Paid parking applies in the street: Monday up to & including Saturday from 10:00 until 22:00 (Sunday for free). Parking fee to be paid with a day card of 20€ (or 5€ per hour). A car can be parked for free in the “Irisstraat” and surrounding streets (within walking distance 300 meter, 3 minutes) ———————— Het treinstation is op loopafstand met directe verbinding naar Amsterdam (30 minuten), Rotterdam (35 minuten), Utrecht (10 minuten), Leiden (30 minuten) & Den Haag (40 minuten). The rates for tourist tax are € 1,19 per person per night (2022). You are able to pay this cash on arrival/ check-in.
