Set within its own grounds of an acre the property offers space and flexibility to your stay. With fantastic facilities including a hot tub, games room and even stabling for 3 horses should you require! Situated in the village of Newbottle just off the A690 with close links to the A19 and A1M making this venue easy to access from far and wide. Within the village and within walking distance there is a pub and restaurants which will cater to any taste. Don’t want to go out but don’t want to stay in and cook then we can have a local chef come to cook for you. Whether you are travelling for a special occasion, an annual family get together or for business we are able to flexibly to accommodate your requirements. We have the ability to split 3 of the bedrooms into two singles or adjoined king sized beds for couples . A large fully equipped kitchen with log burner and seating area. Dining room with ample sized dining table, perfect for indoor entertaining. Two lounges with a fully stocked games cupboard. Just off the kitchen there is a games room with pool table and bar, double doors lead you into the secluded courtyard where the hot tub is situated. Should your trip be for pleasure there is lots to see and do in the local area. We are only 15 minutes from the North East Coast with its fantastic sandy beaches. Why not take a trip to the beautiful historic city of Durham with its stunning cathedral and cobbled streets popular bars and restaurants only 20 minutes away. Not forgetting the popular destination of Newcastle City Centre only 30 minutes drive or should you wish to sample its nightlife there is a bus that takes you directly there from the village. If sightseeing is more your thing we have, Beamish Museum, or local National Trust sites - Penshaw Monument, Washington Old Hall, Gibside, Souter Lighthouse to name but a few which are just a short drive away.
