Two twin rooms with bathrooms in Littlehampton

Two twin bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a full-size shower. The room overlooks the walled garden. Bedroom 2 has a separate and private bathroom that has a bath and walk-in shower. The two rooms make a comfortable place for a family or friends to stay. Continental breakfast is served in the kitchen overlooking the garden. There are tea- and coffee-making facilities in both rooms. A private sitting room is available for guests’ use. I will greet guests on arrival and will be available during their stay. The house is a Grade II listed building in a conservation area of Littlehampton. It is a short walk to the centre of the town where there are supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants. The house is three minutes’ walk from Littlehampton station and the River Arun is just across the road. The beach is a ten minute walk along the riverside. Arundel, Chichester and Goodwood are all within easy reach.
