Located just a short 5 minute drive away from castle "Gräfenstein". This 200m² house comes with 1 king size bed, 3 normal size beds & extra sofa bed, coffee Maschine, microwave, dishwasher, TV with Netflix, big refrigerator with a freezer, hair dryer, big garden with terrace, terrace furniture, grill, free parking spot & 2 bathrooms. This 200m² house stands out through it´s several stylish pieces of Ecuador and it´s hip furniture. It comes with a number of high quality appliances, that are not standard of an rental home. A high end induction cooker, electric stove, heat pump and of course a full featured kitchen. Every room has an internet connection. Normally this is the living room of my family and that makes it so much more homely than most apartments on AirBnb. Let it be the real plants, the pure nature around or the love to the detail. The living room has a very comfortable couch, a big TV with Netflix, a big Table for 8 persons and a very cozy atmosphere. The bedroom with king size bed has a modern design and a great view to castle "Gräfenstein". The other 3 beds are in children rooms with different designs. The bathroom in second floor has a big shower & a big tub. The bathroom in the first floor has a big shower. You will find in each bathroom towels and complementary toothbrushes as well as shower gel and shampoo. The house is located in Merzalben and can be reached easily by car. Also next to the house is a bakery and a nice beer garden with great beer and local foot. The whole entire place except one small room is yours. As much or as little as needed. I want you to be as comfortable as possible. You can reach me nearly any time of the day. I want you to have a 5-star experience at my place. The house is located in center of a big nature park called "Pfälzer Wald" with access to all major hot spots in the region, different castles, mountainbike park, walking trails, outlet shopping center, 3 big cities (Pirmasens, Kaiserslautern & Zweibrücken) around with coffee shops, boutique galleries, international restaurants & different Partys. Travel with car is recommended. If you don´t have a car, I can organize a transport for you to the house. Public transport is possible until the city Pirmasens with different options like taxi or busses. Check In: 1 PM Check Out: 11 AM The house is about 1 hour 30 minutes away from Frankfurt airport. About 45 minutes away from Saarbrücken airport. And 1 hour away from the Mannheim airport.
