The Magnolia Suite at Hilltop Acres - Clarksville

Hilltop Acres is a gem in Clarksville, TN. Relax and enjoy our spacious property located a quick 20 minutes from downtown, restaurants, APSU, and Fort Campbell.  If you're hoping to travel to Nashville for the day, it's only a 45 minute drive to the city.  You'll have access to the attached unit of our home and may explore our 5 acres property. This is a pet-friendly space for up to two pets. Please message us with the breed and size of each pet that will be staying with you and we will send you the amount due for the pet fee.  Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys.  You get the entire space to yourself.  We have a property manager nearby in case of emergencies.  We can't wait to welcome you to our home! Please, no parties or loud noise. If at any point during a reservation the police are called due to a noise complaint or damages to the property, we will immediately cancel the reservation and no refund will be given.  We require that all pets stay off the furniture, that you clean up after your pets and if left unattended at any time in the house, they must be crated (including when everyone is sleeping).  Let us know if you have any questions.  We are here to help!
