The kitchen will always be made available. The bathroom has a tub, bidet, sink and washing machine. There are no spaces in common with other guests. Even if you rent the apartment for one person, the apartment is always and for your exclusive use for the requested period. The location of the apartment allows you to reach the beaches in just a few minutes (about 4/5 km from the first beaches of montesilvano), to visit places of art and culture, to taste the products of our land and to immerse yourself in the most diverse sports. The house overlooks the garden with a large fully fenced courtyard where children can play. In the courtyard you can also use the barbecue and grill for cooking the typical Abruzzese arrosticini.
