Strictly no parties. We live opposite. The home is a stunning 4 bedroom house in Lingfield, on the beautiful Surrey/Sussex borders. Sleeps maximum 11 people & 1 infant, but always priced well for smaller groups. Perfect for country getaways or professionals. 30min Brighton, 15min Gatwick & 45min to London Fabulous & well lit outside space. The home features free off road parking. No loud parties but gatherings & all family stays welcome. Fabulous, super modern sociable house with 4 double bedrooms, a large family bathroom plus two en suite shower rooms Open plan living and dining rooms, with modern kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils and two sinks. Bi fold doors off all rooms that lead in to a fabulous garden. Fantastic outside space, amazing views. There is a BBQ for your use. Separate utility room with washing machine and an extra fridge freezer Deep cleaned and disinfected between stays - and cleaning products provided. The house features a double sofa bed in the lounge, and an additional single bed in one of the double bedrooms (this is the single bed listed). Max sleeps 11 adults plus one infant. We do not take bookings for large parties or events with loud outside noise due to adjacent neighbours, but welcome gatherings and dinner parties. NB carbon monoxide detector not applicable as property has no gas, it is electric and ground source heat powered. Eco friendly with under floor heating. Some toilet paper and kitchen roll are provided to get you started too. Off road parking. Public footpath across fields for country walks. Small slide provided for children. Great location near to many amenities. Easy drive to Gatwick with good access to London & Brighton via road or rail. We are happy to recommend pubs, restaurants & days out in the local area All internal space and rear and front gardens. Plenty of parking. Perfect for families. Please email in advance if you need to discuss access for extra people for any reason. Otherwise access is for booked guests only. We live on the same lane and do not allow large groups. Charcoal bbq in the garden, lots of grass and a patio. The house has a climbing cube with slide. Dinner parties, airport stop overs, family trips, small gatherings all welcome. Even a tame hen - just send a message and can chat through. No music that can be heard next door or outside after dark. We are always happy to help with any queries and only a phone call away. Happy to stop by to sort out any issues if needed when we are local. Cleaners on hand for help too. We will send you a covid safe form to fill in so we have contact info prior to staying with us.
