On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen and shower room. Upstairs boasts a double bed, living room area with sofa and flat screen tv, dining table and a handy wardrobe with hangers. Lovely spacious studio annexe with everything you need including a private patio area away from the main house. Completely separate to the main house so guests have privacy. I really like to socialise with the guests, but, if they prefer to keep themselves to themselves I totally respect this This is a wonderful opportunity to see the English countryside at its best whilst remaining close to amenities, road and rail network. It is a very quiet secluded site in a beautiful part of Hampshire. Use of a car would be beneficial as public transport is not frequent. Private parking is available on site. Access to The Annexe is not suitable for wheelchairs, there is a step up to the doorway and a flight of stairs to the lounge/dining/bedroom
