Our 3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath town-home has 2 fireplaces, 2 TV group viewing areas, also TV in Master BR, an entertainment room with pool/ping pong table and an exercise/workout room. We have a Gourmet Kitchen. Our place is clean, comfortable and quiet. We are walking distance to parks, sit down restaurants, coffee shops, fast food, grocery store, pharmacy, other shopping, hair & nail salons, massage therapist. We are no more than a 30 minute drive from all of the following... US Bank Stadium, Target Field, Mall of America for your shopping needs, Mystic Lake Casino & Canterbury Park Horse Track and Card Room, Buck Hill Ski Resort, Prior Lake Recreation Area and Water Park of America and Valley Fair Amusement Park. ***PLEASE NOTE: The City of Savage now requires ALL of its homeowners to have all their renters 18 years of age or older submit information to perform background checks. First and Last name and DOB. This makes for a much safer community for you to visit and a safer feeling for us and our neighbors to live in. LATEST UPDATE, On 6/5/18, the City of Savage Police Department (Crime Prevention Unit) informed us that they now prohibit short term stays of less than 16 days. (15 nights) So,.....NOW our "Minimum Stay" is 15 nights. We lowered our nightly rate to between $150/night to $225/night depending (as it will vary) and we will deleted/added our base % "discounts" and/or "coupon codes". Our place is still a GREAT deal for accommodations that comfortably fit 3 couples with separate bedrooms and baths. We can and/or will utilize varying discounts % and/or omit/add other fees based on your needs and other factors about your stay. Please consider booking accordingly, further discounts and/or charges may also apply or require other considerations and factors based on your needs and our availability. Prior to all of this City of Savage input, we had a much higher nightly rate and required just a 4 night minimum stay. We offered discounts % for 7 or more nights and a monthly discount %. Our rates can/will vary rather dramatically based on availability, booking time in advance, # of guests, special needs, special situations and/or circumstances.
