The two-storied holiday house MATINA 1 is immersed between old and dense olive groves and is approx. 1km outside the charming city Kyparissia. The well-maintained residence with two apartments is in a quiet and idyllic location and close to the sea and the wonderful Farmaka beach. The holiday house is on a large, well-kept property with pine trees and many Mediterranean plants and flowers. The practically furnished holiday apartment MATINA 1 is on the ground floor of the house. You have a beautiful view of the garden, however, only a partial sea view because of the dense olive trees. There is direct access from the bedroom to both sides of the large, roofed circumferential terrace that can be used as an open living room. The bath is adjoining to the bedroom and the kitchen has a separate entrance from outside. The BBQ area in the garden is for the shared use of guests in both holiday apartments. The wonderful sandy bay Farmaka is in only 150m walking distance and can be reached via a flat path and some steps. This small holiday apartment is perfect for you if you intend to spend your holiday close to sea and nature, in a quiet and well-maintained surrounding. The charming Kyparissia with the idyllic small port, the beautiful beach bars and the historic quarter above the city makes a nice change to the quiet location of your holiday domicile.
