Recently renovated, completely self-contained annex with use of front garden and summer house to enjoy. Sleeps 4 with kingsize bed upstairs on a mezzanine and double sofa bed downstairs. Fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Self check-in with key-box and car space. Modern bathroom with heated towel rail and electric shower. We are situated in the New Forest so an ideal location for walking and cycling. Only 5 minutes drive to Peppa Pig World and 25 minutes to the coast and beaches. Welcome to enjoy the use of the front lawn, children’s den and the summer house. Our little bistro set is also useful for al fresco dining. There is enough room outside the annex for storage of bikes or kayaks Front lawn has a den and stepping logs for children to enjoy and also a small summer house to chill outside. Bike and car parking space next to the annex door Always at the end of the phone to help in anyway with questions or problems and will gladly offer recommendations regarding local pubs, cycle and hiking routes and local attractions. Other than that will leave guests to enjoy the surrounding area and relax. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Several great forest pubs and restaurants nearby and a couple of lovely ones within walking distance. Close connections to M27 and routes to London and further West. Car is essential unless intentions are hiking or cycling everywhere as very few bus routes nearby. Nearest train stations Ashurst, Totton, Brockenhurst or Eastleigh Parkway Really handy for attractions such as Paultons Park, Beaulieu & Bucklers Hard, Salisbury and Winchester Cathedral, Lyndhurst, Lymington, Bournemouth. Local cycle hire to explore the forest is available from Burley or Brockenhurst
