Luxury Villa Marvi is located in Roumeli village, surrounded by olive groves, offering splendid views to the sea and the mountains. Roumeli is situated in Rethymno Municipality, just 21 km away from the bustling town of Rethymno. The location of the villa is conveniently between the airports of Chania and Heraklion. Luxury Villa Marvi is built in a traditional way using natural Cretan materials as stone, wood and earth, laid on two floors. In the ground floor is an open plan full equipped kitchen in where the guests can prepare their meals. with all the necessary home appliances. There is also a dining area, a WC and a living room which combines modern and traditional style. The villa is equipped with A/C and you can use free WIFI. Also there is a satellite TV in the living room and a WC. From the living room a wooden stair brings you on the first floor where consists two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom one double bed. Both rooms have big and comfortable closets. The villa accommodates additional 4 people. There is availability to host one more guest in the sofa (which can be a normal single bed) and it will be charged 10€ extra per day. All your senses will be awakened by the sheer natural beauty of this villa. Villa Marvi features a private swimming pool and a separate part in the pool for children and hydro massage. There is an outdoor shower and a small garden with comfortable sun beds. The warm water in the villa is supplied by solar panels. A spacious pergola cover the outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying a dinner at sunset with family and friends. You can use the BBQ to make delicious meals by yourself or with the help of a private chef (upon request).From the top floor balcony you have an amazing sea view and can also see the nearby villages. Roumeli area has a lot to offer - you can enjoy the breathtaking nature but taking long walks and visit the local tavern to taste the unforgettable Cretan cuisine . The village has also 2 supermarkets for your convenience. Take a chance and visit also the close-by coastal villages of Panormo and Bali, swim in the crystal clear waters and enjoy the fantastic fish taverns. The beach of Panormo is only 800 meters away and Bali 6 kilometers away. In addition, there are several archaeological sites nearby – Melidoni cave, the ancient village of Eleftherna with its new archaeological museum and Margarites village where the famous traditional pottery is being made. Roumeli is a traditional village, located 1km from the National road Chania - Heraklion. It is very close to the beach resort of Panormo and 7km from the small town of Perama. In the village, there are supermarkets, cafes and 2 tavernas with excellent cuisine and wonderful views. The village is centrally located in Northern Crete with many excursion possibilities both on the coast and the mountain of Psiloritis. Luxury Villa Marvi has private parking. If you visit us from the end of August until 15th of September, you have the possibility to see for yourself how the local wine is being made.
