Lovely Petite Annexe in Fordingbridge New Forest

A lovely Petite Self Contained Annexe with own private access & courtyard Patio set in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15 minute walk into town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs etc alongside The River Avon. There is also a Pub/Restaurant within a 3 min walk. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. And a 20 minute drive takes you to our beautiful Blue Flagged Beaches. This Petite Cosy Annexe has it's own private entrance with self check-in down the passage way on the left hand side of the Main Bungalow which it is attached to. In the Entrance/kitchenette you will find a Mini Smart Oven, Microwave, Induction Hob, Fridge/Freezer & a sink. Along with a kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. A small welcome pack will be provided for you to enjoy at your own convenience on the first morning of your stay including an assortment of hot drinks. There is a shower room situated next to kitchenette and consists of a toilet, enclosed shower and a sink. Towels are provided for the guests, alongside Dressing Gowns. The Studio Bedroom consists of a Zip link Kingsize 5ft Bed which can be separated into Two single (2.5ft) Beds. If singles are required you must Request this at time of booking. The Bedding is 100% Cotton with Hypo-Allergenic Pillows. On the wall, there is a small TV/DVD Player with a selection of DVD's And a Firestick is connected to the TV as a Streaming device. You will be able to access Free Prime Video on the Annexe Guest account but to view Netflix etc you will need to Log into your OWN Accounts. There is also a small sofa, Table & Chairs and a small wardrobe in the Bedroom area. Outside you will have your own parking space on the driveway and there is a private passageway leading down to a courtyard patio area with a table and chairs for Alfresco dining. Guests may park on the left hand side of the driveway in front of the annexe and you have your own private access to come and go as you please. If you have visitors please get them to park in the road in front of my Bungalow NOT my Neighbours thank you. There is a Pub/Restaurant within a 2 minute walk and the town is an easy 15 walk which has a selection of gift shops, convenience stores ,Cafes & Pubs. In the town there is a Bus Stop which will take you on a 20 minute journey ride to Salisbury or Bournemouth and surrounding Villages. Guests will be left to their own devices but I am only next door in the main bungalow if you need any help or have any queries. We live in a quiet residential no-through cul-de-sac of 12 Bungalows. We are on a corner plot which ad-join's two other bungalows. The neighbours are both elderly couples and the area is mainly quite peaceful. We do have two cats "poppy & Pickle" that live with us in our Bungalow but are kept out of the Annexe. The Annexe is joined onto the Main Bungalow so minimal noise may possibly be heard through the walls the same as in a semi-detached property although we have added extra soundproofing. The private locked door off the Annexe leads to a passage way in the main bungalow, this is a solid fire door & also has extra soundproofing on to reduce any noise transmission. Covid - 19 Advice I have a very high standard of cleanliness and all areas will be disinfected but extra sanitising equipment is left for your reassurance if required. We would highly recommend that guests take a Covid-19 test before travel to keep everybody safe and help contain the spread.
