Beachfront house in Corinthia, Peloponissos!

A spacious maisonette house situated right on the beach of northern Peloponissos, ideal for a relaxed holiday. The long pebbly beach is only a few steps away from your balcony , the sea views are magical, the taverna next door serves Greek cuisine under the trees and you can sleep to the murmur of the waves! Away from noisy crowded touristic destinations, yet very close to lots of famous sites such as Ancient Corinth, Mycanae, Epidaurus, Athens (also by train), etc. The house consisits of a spacious elevated groundfloor living space with fireplace, open large kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower. There is a big balcony overlooking the beach that is ideal for outdoor dining. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a spacious open area with two sigle beds. All bedrooms open up to balconies and have ceiling fans and closets for clothes. There is a bathroom with a small bathtub and a laundry area. The unique quality of the house is the unobstructed view and access to a very nice pebbly and safe beach that makes holidays as relaxed as possible. The house is kids friendly (lots of toys available plus safe and large outdoor spaces), pet friendly and smoking is allowed but not in sleeping areas. BBQ available in the garden. Also available beach chairs, umbrella and even a wind surf (old type). There is a very good Greek cuisine restaurant with tables on the beach next to the property , a bakery and a grocery store a little further. Garden and parking space are to be shared with next door identical house, also hosted by Thanos on Airbnb ( see my listing 310109). Heating expenses during winter season if necessary (November-March) are not included in offered price and can be arranged upon request. The property is one of two identical houses that share the garden and the basement garage space . There's enough space for up to 4 cars. Always available and happy to be of help! The village is calm and full of greenery. Although the property ensures your privacy it is at the same time right next to all you need to make your life easier: a great taverna right on the beach (you can actually dine in your bathing suit), a bakery, a grocery store, a delicious souvlaki take away. You can come by car (recommended) in 1h and 30min from Athens airport. You can also come by the suburban railway straight from the airport in around 1h and 25min and hire a taxi from Kiato station to our house(less than 2klm away).
