Great view and quiet location

The house is located in a hamlet (one street) in the municipality of Hellenthal in the middle of the Eifel National Park. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 5 (small) children. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room with a great view, two bathrooms, one with bath, shower and toilet, the other with shower and toilet and further a utility room with washing machine and a bedroom. There is a wood burning stove in the living room. Through a sliding door you enter the terrace that faces south. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. 1. double bed 2. double bed 3. single bed 4. double bed and single bed In the basement are the garden furniture, umbrella, sun beds, etc. What is not there: We have no WiFi, the 4G network works very well ! , no dishwasher and there is no water on the upper floor. Pets not allowed. Several walking, cycling and mountain bike routes have been set out in the immediate vicinity. There are enough cards for this in the house. The house is in a very quiet area. We ask our guests to respect this tranquility. As of January 1, 2021, the municipality of Hellenthal has introduced a tourist tax. This tax is € 1.50 per person per night. Children under the age of 14 do not have to pay this tax. This tax is separate from your booking and is collected separately by your host.
