This private (lock and key) bedroom is spacious, quiet, well lit, has a super comfy King bed, warm comforter, extra pillows, soft and always clean sheets and 2 bath towels. Large desk, desk lamp, chair, wifi make it suitable to work from home. There is a large closet, fan, AC, heater, bedside lamp, ironing board, iron, hangers, blackout curtains. It comfortably accommodates 1 - 2 adults (3rd person possible). I'm a world traveler myself, having been to 14 countries, and many states in the US, and have experienced many different types of accommodations, from couch surfing to staying in luxurious vacation resorts on the beach, and everything in between. I understand what traveling professionals need, or simply people who want to get out of the cities for a while. I provide as many as possible of the conveniences, amenities and living supplies to make your stay super easy, safe, enjoyable, peaceful and importantly always drama free. This 2 br apartment itself is very spacious, well lit with large windows, quiet, 9-foot ceilings, whole apt has new floors and is freshly painted. Its in a very safe neighborhood. There is free off street and on street parking. This King Bedroom comfortably accommodates 1 - 2 adults. It is private with a lock and a key. Additional 1-2 mattresses to put on the floor, may be provided for an adult or child, if they are available at time of your inquiry. The room is very spacious, well lit, and quiet. It has a super comfy King mattress, bedside lamp, warm comforter, soft and always clean sheets and towels (2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per person). There is a large desk, 1-2 chairs, desk lamp, wifi. Ideal for working from home. Very large closet, 1 fan, 1 AC, 1 heater, 1 iron, 1 ironing board, blackout curtains, cleaning supplies (in the room and in the kitchen), 1 box of facial tissues, 1 laundry hamper, 1 fire extinguisher, 2 phone chargers (for android), 1 step stool ladder. There is ample space in the closet for clothing storage for long term stays. You have access to a full kitchen where you can cook your meals. There is a table with 2 chairs, where you can eat your meals. Kitchen supplies provided: Convection oven (equivalent to microwave minus the radiation), coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, cooking and baking pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, eating utensils, food processor, 2 crock pots, coffee bean grinder, cutting boards, oils, spices, condiments, kitchen towels, cling wrap, zip lock bags, lots of Tupperware. I provide as many kitchen supplies for you as possible, so you can cook whatever you need, and conveniently store prepared food. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sugar, honey are provided in the morning. Variety of cleaning supplies, cleaning rags, and paper towels are provided in the kitchen, and some in your bedroom closet. You also have your own shelving space to store food in the fridge and freezer, and your own shelving in the kitchen cabinets. There is ample space to store food items in the kitchen for long term stays. You have access to a full shared bathroom, with a brand new glass shower. There is a shelf in the bathroom to store your personal items. Shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, mouth wash, blow dryer, hair curler, First Aid Kit are provided. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. There is on site fitness equipment provided. If you enjoy having 100% peace of mind, quiet space to yourself, to focus on work, or for a personal retreat, this is the perfect place for you! You can rent the entire apartment. Nearby: restaurants, grocery stores, banks, Walgreens, Target, gyms, medical offices, coffee shops, library, community center with pool and gym, infinite lakes with small beaches, parks with bike and jogging trails, fishing. There is a lot to do in MN, especially in the summer! Summer here is sacred and beautiful. Best way to reach me is via the Airbnb app, or by texting or calling. Monticello is a great neighborhood. A lot of conveniences are nearby, very friendly community, any service you might need is available either within walking distance or short driving distance. There is a Community Center a short walk from the unit. It has a gym, pool, basketball courts, climbing wall, track, play gym for kids, and other activities for adults and kids. The rates there are very affordable. The Mississippi River and a small nice park with a gazebo is a couple of blocks away, where fishing is possible. Other points of interest nearby: Beef O Brady’s - restaurant with very good food and bar. Cub Foods - grocery store Walgreens with an ATM Walmart Supercenter - Large variety and great prices Gas station and convenience store across the street Target Library - within walking distance. Hospital Wells Fargo Bank US Bank Cornerstone Cafe - diner and coffee shop, a block away. Caribou Coffee - a few minutes away And several other coffee shops, restaurants, and diners in the area. Fitness Evolution - nearby full gym, pool and various fitness classes Several Acupuncture and Chiropractic offices within walking distance Elevated Wellness - holistic, herbal, and healing store with holistic alternative professionals and vitamins, and supplements. Excellent place with wonderful staff. Highly recommend. The best in the area. On the same block. Runnings - Home, farm and outdoor store. Fleet Farm - Home, farm, outdoor store and auto services. Lakes nearby - beaches, boating, fishing, etc.: Big lake Lake Mitchell Bertram Lake Long Lake North Lake Cedar Lake Twin Lakes Sugar Lake Clearwater Lake and many more. Look on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps for what interests you more. Free off street parking. Groome Transport (Airport shuttle) makes a stop nearby. Groome is the most affordable shuttle service from the airport that I know of ($19 per ride.) Of course there is also Uber and Lyft. And Turo (Its like Airbnb but for cars) Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their private areas during their stay. Also please clean up after yourself, kitchen and bath areas especially, being respectful to other guests. Thank you! Pets are ok on a case by case basis. (DM me to discuss.)
