Cozy attic double room and terrace (B&B)

Lovely attic double room and terrace on the last floor of a 3-floor villa located less than 5 minutes away(walking) from the city center. Ideal for couples who want to spend some time in the city. The villa is located in a side -street in a central area ten meters away from the main road, right at "Sheshi Kozma Naska" ( it can be noisy during specific celebrations). It is less than a five-minute walk from the city centre, or from "Elbasan Arena Stadium" (best choice for football lovers). The room is at roof-terrace level, and access is through the shared living space. The double bed has small cabinets and lamps at either side, as well as windows facing the terrace and the street. There is AC in the room, two desks and also a wardrobe. The room is parquet floored. The room has a lot of daylight especially in the mornings because the windows face east. There is also an en-suite bathroom, with a window facing the hall. Emerging from the room you have direct access to a lovely terrace which is full of flowers. There is a table and chairs which invite you to sit and enjoy a traditional Albanian breakfast. One floor below there is also a shared area including kitchen and living room, which you are most welcome to use. The hosts ( my parents) are kind people who like to make guests feel at home. They do not speak English, but will manage to help you for everything you need. Well, Albanians have always been known for their hospitality :) You can use the kitchen(shared), terrace and living room I am available to help all my guests by any form of communication The neighborhood is an old one, with other houses around, but as soon as you walk 5 seconds away from the house, you will be in the main road, in front of a small park. Starting from here and walking toward the center you will see a lot of bars and shops in both sides of the street and a big vitality especially in summer afternoons. Generally you can find a parking place less than 2 minutes away from the villa ( in the street, free of charge).
