75 Broadlands, the one on the left, is a bright and modern two bedroom holiday home in a peaceful holiday park situated next to a nature reserve and Oulton Broad. Number 76 Broadlands (on the right) is also available to book through the same owner. Numerous bars, restaurants and pubs nearby. Beach is a 10 minute drive. Open plan living/dining/kitchen. Large, comfortable corner sofa, dining table with four chairs (highchair available on request). Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms , one has double bed and the other has two single beds (travel cot available on request). All bedding provided plus extra blankets and pillows are provided. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes with hanging space, shelves and drawers. Hangers provided. Bathroom has shower cubicle, WC, sink and heated towel rail. Towels provided. Electric heating in all rooms included. Outside has an enclosed decking which is safe for young children and dogs, includes patio furniture. Parking, own space at front of property. Next door can also be booked for large families or two families travelling together. Same owner for both properties, numbers 75 and 76. Broadlands Park is surrounded by Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve on one side, Nicholas Everitt Park on another and it sits on the bank of Oulton Broad, one of the famous Norfolk Broads. There are good transport links nearby. Various children's activities are within easy travelling distance. A wide range of pubs, restaurants and takeaways are nearby. Broadlands Park is next to Oulton Broad South station which has connections to Lowestoft, Ipswich and London Liverpool St stations. Easy access to Norwich also. Bus stop outside of park. The next door property can also be reserved if required for large families or two families travelling together as the properties have the same owner ( numbers 75 and 76)
