The location is high & sunny with a spacious garden & several places to sit, hang out in & enjoy yourself. Peaceful & beautiful surroundings, walking distance to two lovely lakes, marina & sea. Perfect place to stay & enjoy nature, walks, lakes & easy access to the Archipelago or city. Newly built house in modern style, feautured in architectual book and interior magazines. Here you can enjoy yourself any time of the year. Lovely surroundings and private, secluded large garden with several nice terraces and seating areas. With its high location sunny location and proximity to city and archipelago it makes for a great stay. Our villa is modern home with a sense of calmness and air. Bright and with a lovely indoor-outdoor feeling and glass doors to two of the outdoor areas. Have your morning coffee on the patio with morning sun access, dinner on the outdoor dining area with grill or chill in the lougearea with outdoor fireplace. The house is open, bright and spacious with natural materials, wood, concrete floors (first floor) and wooden floors (upstairs). Open kitchen, dining room, lounge and TV room and a separate large living room. Lovely fireplace with glass and that can be enjoyed both from kitchen/dinig areas as well as lounge area. One bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. If you like the outdoors there is great places nearby to mountainbike, swim, take boat trips and during winter and spring good places to go ice skating on nearby lakes or sea if the timing is right. Possibility to lend sea kayaks (summer, springtime) after instruction from the owner. Kids outdoor play things, basketball, football, trampoline, swings etc. E-mail or phone. The location is great, close to the sea, boats into Stockholm or out in the archipelago. Walking distance to a lovely lakes where you can swim. Nature reserve just within 5 min walk and an other 10-15 min walk. Easy access by car, private spacious parking. Great for biking. Possibility to go by boat and walk from landing ca 15min.
