The 4 Pilion Seasons

Pilion is the mountain where the famous mythical creatures Centaurus, half horse, half men resided and helped the God of medicine and health Asclepius. In Pilion the 4 seasons are distinguished very clearly and uniquely.The leaves turn amazing colors in the fall, the winters are warm and cozy while skiing is a must.Spring brings all kinds of flowers and during summer the beaches are like paradise on earth.The house is exactly what you'll need, super cozy with breathtaking views all year long. The house is located on the lower level of a two stories building. When you park your car outside the house, you enter and go down the not many stairs to the terrace of the house wher you'll come up the greatest view you've ever seen. The veranda and terrace are very spacious and can be usd anytime breakfast, lunch, coffee, dinner or cocktails. There is BBQ over and stove in the back as well. When you enter the house you enter the living room with a fireplace and dining table. The kitchen is in the same room and is equipped with everything you might need as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious, with a cabin shower. There is a washing machine available. There are two bedrooms, one with a qween bed, and the other 3 single beds. Two down and one up. Both rooms have spacious dressers and drawers, Please note that there is central heating, a boiler that during the cold months provides you with hot bath water at all times without you having to do something. The house is located on the lower part of a two stories building. You enter, turn left, find the stairs, go down. Its huge furnished terrace allows for dinner with friends while enjoying the breathtaking view of Volos. Secret tip, try to wake up early and enjoy a sunrise breakfast for the ultimate scenery. There is also a parking spot dedicated to you, directly outside the house on the upper level. I will be available at all times, via phone, facetime, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or viber. The neighborhood The 4 Pilion Seasons is located in Stagiates, Greece. Just a 10 minute drive from Portaria. You can easily get to the city of Volos in just 10 minutes,  to the ski center in 20 minutes or to the beach in 20 minutes as well. The neighbors are friends of mine and super welcoming. The village is very picturesque, famous for its water and view, with a church and a small cafe/restaurant. There is also a small museum of old Stagiates on the square, that I can arrange for you to see if you want. You will find various muontain roads to Portaria and other near destiantions. The ski center of Agriolefkes in Hania is only 20 minutes away. Apart from its perfect slopes the view is astonishing. You can ski and enjoy the view of the Aegean sea from one side and the Pagasitikos Gulf from the other. The neighborhood is great because you can easily go to Volos in 10 minutes, or for ski in 20 minutes or to swim in 20 minutes as well. Getting around: A car is necessary to move to other places. There is a bus available that leaves from the square 3 times per day, depending on the season. If you need that, please let me know and I will ask for specific routes and times specific to the period you will be visiting. I will be more than happy to find all that information for you. Of course there is taxi available that you can call if you need it. I will provide you with the taxi contact information as well. Other things to note The tap water at the house is one of the healthiest and best drinking waters in the world. People from around the world are coming to Agios Athanasios square, located at the end of our street to fill up big water bottles to take home.
