Newly Constructed Bountiful Beauty

Garden level apartment located in Bountiful City, approximately 15 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. Apartment is near the Bountiful temple and freeway access is minutes away. This apartment is well-appointed and newly constructed as of November 2018. You will have access to our entire guest studio, located in the lower level of our 2700 sq foot home. Private entrance and master bathroom are included, as is a queen sized bed with hypoallergenic foam topper. Guests are welcome to use our large backyard and we will provide a parking space for you in our driveway. We live upstairs and will be available as little or as often as needed. Our home is approximately one mile from Mueller Park, a unique spot for beautiful hiking trails, mountain biking and picnic areas. We are also 5 minutes' drive to Main Street, where specialty boutiques and family-owned restaurants can be found. Skyline Drive is a popular nearby trail with ATV access, mountain biking and vistas with spectacular lookout points of the Wasatch Valley. A city bus stop is within walking distance from the apartment, however, we recommend a rental car for navigating Bountiful and nearby Salt Lake City. At this time we do not have a washer/dryer available for guest use. We are working on this and apologize for any inconvenience. There are 2 clean, family-owned laundromats within 5 miles of our house.
