Single bedroom in family house

This is a small bedroom in our large Edwardian family house in the popular Avenues area of Hull. You have use of a shared bathroom with bath/shower and kitchen facilities. Please note that this is a mainly vegetarian household. Whilst we are happy for guests to eat cooked and pre-prepared meat products in the house, we would ask that raw meat is not cooked in the kitchen. The house is located in the popular Avenues area of Hull, famed for its tree lined streets and beautiful individual Edwardian properties. Pearson Park is a 5 minute walk from the house and there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants located on the adjacent Princes Avenue and Newland Avenue, all within 10 minutes on foot. Both the city centre and university are short bus rides away. You will have access to our comfortable lounge with TV, dining room and kitchen and have use of the cooker, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and airer are available. You have access to our garden. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the house and a regular bus service will take you to the city centre.
