Holiday herb garden - for up to 5 people

Our spacious apartment "herb garden" with about 103 square meters is on the ground floor, as well as on the first floor with modern and exclusive oak furniture in country style and offers space for up to five people. Regionality and the craftsmanship is important to us in our family business, so the pieces of furniture are all made exclusively by our carpenter and are partly made from our own wood. The apartment has a furnished terrace with direct access to the garden, which is equipped with garden loungers. There is also a Kneipp basin and a large herb bed for all of our guests. Furthermore, the apartment also has a balcony, adjacent to the first bedroom. Our "herb garden" has on the ground floor a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, fully automatic coffee machine, freezer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster) and an exclusive bathroom with a sauna, shower and toilet. On the first floor there is another bathroom with shower, bathtub with whirlpool function and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and another cot. All windows and balcony doors have insect screens. Of course there is an internet connection, WiFi, cable / satellite TV, TV and radio, reading lamps and a room safe. Our breakfast service is not included, but you are welcome to book a breakfast or bread service. In the basement there is a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, for free use. Travel cots and highchairs are available, please let us know before you arrive if you need anything, then we can prepare this before you arrive. The cars can be parked in our carport. We have some bikes of all sizes, which can be borrowed free of charge. Dog possible on request! Affiliated to the Seehof riding stable, which also offers individual travel lessons, our new, comfortable holiday apartments are an ideal starting point for your holiday at Lake Waginger See. Here in Chiemgau, cyclists and hikers come with a well-developed network of trails that extends from Chiemgau to Berchtesgadener Land at their expense. Family vacationers enjoy the adjacent quiet beach pools around Lake Waginger, which is one of the warmest lakes in Upper Bavaria. And for our riding holidaymakers, the Seehof riding stable, which belongs to the family business, is available right next door. In winter you can enjoy the 'stade time' on a hike and learn the winter charm of Salzburg, the city of Mozart, which you can reach from us in just 20 minutes. The Ruhpolding biathlon center, numerous cross-country trails and alpine ski areas are only about 30 minutes away by car. HOLIDAY ON THE LAKE There are 8 cozy beach pools around Lake Waginger and the subsequent Tachinger See. Idyllic, well-kept grounds in which everyone can find a shady spot. Children's playgrounds, some with wet areas and diving boards ensure that there is no boredom. Many of the seaside resorts also have beach volleyball courts, boules, boat rentals, stand up paddling ... The Waging Badepark with over 10 hectares is a meeting point for young and old in summer and has a sports park, a water park and an approx. 3 km long promenade.
