Contemporary new build town house located in central Doncaster providing luxury accommodation and private parking space. A short walk from the railway station, the Gables is a unique development in the Roman town's 'Cultural Quarter'. 'Cast' theatre and the many bars, shops and various places to eat and drink are minutes away, as are the historic market place, parks and open spaces. Both bedrooms are situated on their own floor, with their own en-suite, ensuring as much privacy as you'd like. Comfy beds with 'White Company' linens and brand new beds. Each bedroom is on its own floor, with its own en-suite bathroom, (shower and bath) so privacy is assured. Contemporary, uncluttered interiors, with fast broadband and a sunny, decked garden. Stable Terrace is a second home, so the whole house is accessible, as it is not lived in full time. It is easy to get to - either on foot from Doncaster station, (8 minute walk) or by car, due to its central location and private parking space next to the house. Although not based in Doncaster, I am always available to offer help throughout the stay. My relatives live nearby and are able to offer practical help should it be required. Stable Terrace is situated in Central Doncaster's 'Cultural Quarter', a stone's throw away from 'Cast' theatre and brand new cinema complex and museum. Shopping, eating and drinking are all on the doorstep, as is Elmfield Park and many other open spaces. Doncaster's famous St. Leger racecourse is close by, and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Yorkshire Wildlife Park are easily accessible. There is an off-road, designated parking space directly next to the house. Doncaster train station (with over 60 trains per day to and from London and on the direct route to the North and Scotland) is a short walk away. The famous Doncaster race course - home of the St. Leger is walkable from the house, or a couple of minutes by road. The town centre is a 5 minute walk, which includes the historic market area. The house is perfectly suited for getting around Doncaster and the surrounding areas. Stable Terrace is part of 'The Gables', a contemporary development of houses that in turn are part of a wider development of Central Doncaster's 'Cultural Quarter'. This includes the fabulous 'Cast' Theatre, brand new multi-screen cinema complex, including bars and eateries and a stunning new cultural centre, museum and library. Part of the development sees the opening of the new Technical College, the DTC. Stable Terrace sits amongst this exciting new Cultural Quarter.
