The complex consists of 1 apartment on the ground floor and 2 apartments on the first floor. In summer the rental space consists of Heliator 1, a flat apartment, and Heliator 2, apartment with loft. Both are situated on the first floor and share terrace/ balcony all around a with a fantastic sea view. Companies of more than 4 people can rent both apartments, it is ideal for such cases, as the one is next to the other. Each one is accommodating up to 4 people (total up to 8 people for both).Guests are welcome to use the shared beautiful courtyard/garden; there are quite a few different spots to choose among to lay back, relax and enjoy. To the west of Volos lie Dimini and Sesklo, the most important settlements of the Late Neolithic period and ones of the best known in Greece that provide valuable information on prehistoric architecture and economic organization.
