Bright loft room in a quiet terrace between Grange Gardens and the high street, King size bed, walk in shower, wc,basin,open plan! privacy screen only, no door! French doors with amazing views over lewes roof tops towards the South Downs. All mod cons. Complimentary in room breakfast! In the summer I would prefer 2 nights to be booked at the week end, mid week is fine for single nights but pls feel free to check with me No children Just the loft room shown in photos. As much or as little as they want ! My house is very central yet on a dead end street so very quiet and peaceful. The high street is at the top of my road, with lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants, antique shops, bazaars and interesting independent shops, there's easy access to country walks, and cycle trails over the South Downs! 5 min walk from lewes train station 50 min from London Victoria, 12 mins from Brightion ( Amex stadium, Sussex universities) 2 mins walk from the hight street and lewes castle Bus stop at the top of the road direct routs to Brighton,Tunbrigde wells and surrounding villages 2 mins walk from The grange registry office And Crown courts. The loft room has a shower WC , and basin within the same room it is OPEN PLAN No DOOR pls see photos! There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, cafeterie, in the room, I provide heathy muesli, milk, yogurt, fresh coffee, herb tea, etc it's "do it yourself" Egyptian cotton sheets, dressing gown, feather and synthetic pillows, Lots of hanging space, games, magazines, hair dryer Wellingtons available to borrow size,6,5, and 9 !
