Independent villa located in the property Podere Le Manzinaie, an old Tuscan Farm of 1878, completely restored are introduced by a long, cypress-lined drive with hills and countryside views less than 6 miles from downtown Montepulciano and the world famous Nobile wine! The perfect location gives you easy access to all the wine and food and panorama attractions, from your home away from home you are in the perfect spot to enjoy the enchanting region. Villa Iris is on two floors, with independent entrance, private garden and carefully restored with terracotta floors, ceilings with chestnut beams and a type of brick typical of traditional Tuscan buildings. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, one bedroom with private bath with shower and hair dryer. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom ensuite bathroom with shower and hair dryer, another bedroom with a single bed (or on request we can add an extra bed) with its ensuite bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The bedrooms are cozy, rooms in shades of traditional tuscan colors, antique dresser and armoire. The accommodations are completely hand-decorated and embellished by trompe l'oeil to offer the guest a refined, cosy and exclusive atmosphere. We have our own vegetable garden and orchard from where we picked up all our seasonal products ones! The full two acres, the swimming pool, out door seating area and patio are at your full disposal. You can access to the vegetable garden to pick up your tomatoes and your salads to cook delicious dinner for you and your family and friends. We suggest to come with your own car, to fully enjoy the region for private wine tours we can connect you with many providers for the experience of a lifetime. Public transportation is very limited in the area, we recommend to rent a car to enjoy one of the most beautiful region in the world. From our property, you can do a lot of activity such as the birdwatching: the “Montepulciano Lake” is a Natural Reserve located in the south part of Valdichiana Valley, not far away from our property. Our area provides a wide set of advice to help you choosing suitable routes to follow, both in terms of physical fitness as well as regards your cultural interests. The routes can have different degrees of difficulty: easy, medium or difficult. The tracks are interesting even under the natural aspect, where you can admire wonderful landscapes and views with cypress trees, holm oak, or oak trees on the background, interchanged with small wavy level lines.
