Easy reach of main line trains from Wallington into London, plus easy access to Sutton & Croydon town centres, by car, bus or train. Main bedroom on first floor with double bed. One double sofa bed on the ground floor in main Living area/second bedroom. Free Wi-Fi access The accommodation is accessed via electric gates, where you will have access to one free parking space. A few meters across decking brings you to our detached guest house with your own access via double doors leading you to the main living area/second bedroom, where you will find a sofa bed, settee, and flat screen TV. From here a door leads you to a hallway to either the downstairs shower cloakroom, or garage where you will find the washing machine and condensing tumble dryer. Stairs leads to the upstairs living area, and main bedroom area with double bed, dining and kitchen facilities. The main bedroom area has a double bed, flat screen TV and heater/air conditioning unit. From the windows are views to our garden, pond, patio and fields. When the weather permits enjoy our patio, garden and watch the world go by. You have your own access via double doors from the patio area. Access to our double garage for use of washing machine and tumble dryer. There is shared access to our garden where you are more than welcome to weed the garden if you feel like it, or just relax on the patio. Please don't over feed the fish. We are about most of the time if you need help and we just love to talk if you want, its up to you! Beautiful, quiet tree lined area. Secure off road parking for one car is available. Accommodation is approx. 20 minute walk to Wallington town centre and Main line station, with trains into London. 15 minutes to buses, which will take you to Sutton, Carshalton or Croydon town centers. Wallington Town center is approx. 20 mins walk. Alternatively we are on the edge of the green belt so if you enjoy walking it's on your doorstep.
