The Hertford Loft

The Hertford Loft is a bright and airy room with gated private parking in the grounds of a family home. We are situated in a quiet residential area, tucked away in a private road. We are situated close to Hertford town centre which is a 10 min walk away. There are 2 train stations - Hertford North with access to London Kings Cross and Hertford East with access to the City or connections to the West End and O2. Hertford has good access to the A10, A1M (J4), M25 (J23), A414 and A602. The Hertford Loft is a large room above the garage. It is self contained with separate access and is not linked to the main house. There is a double bed and has room for either a double mattress or 2 singles (all blow up). Travel cot available upon request. Separate shower room with toilet and hand basin. All towels are provided. Tea/coffee making facilities, kettle, microwave, toaster and mini fridge. Crockery, cutlery and glasses all provided. Fresh milk and bottled water can be found in the fridge for your convenience. Working area, WiFi and smart TV with a DVD player. Reading corner, shoe rack and clothes rail. Access to The Hertford Loft is to the side of the garage I live on site in the main house and am available to answer any queries or give advice Hertford town centre is about a 10 minute walk away We are well catered for with Tescos, M&S Food Hall and Sainsburys. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants too with High Street banks. Hartham Common is a great place for a walk, play tennis and there is a public sports centre with swimming pool There are 2 train stations; Hertford North to London Kings Cross/Moorgate or Hertford East to London Liverpool Street, West End or O2. There is a bus station in the Town Centre, plenty of places to ride a bike, plenty of car parking - some free for 2 hrs at Tesco’s and the small industrial unit The only way to access The Hertford Loft is via a staircase with hand rail Please note this is room only and breakfast is not included. Price quoted is for the room and not per person. Room is available from 2 pm but if you need it earlier please let me know. Check out is 10 am but this can be extended if there is no booking the next day. Please ask.
