This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing, The Grey Door Flat. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a sofa bed for two and a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. Quite small ideally for few days max a week stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Everything new in this flat. We just finished the renovation. There is another flat on the 1st floor called The grey Door Flat. Two apartments can be booked together. 4 people can stay there and 2 people in this apartment. We live downstairs in the totally separated flat so always here to help with any problems and answer every questions. We can offer one parking space/apartment for guests on the driveway. Free parking on the street. You can find an excellent Chinese takeaway and a very good pizza/fried chicken place in one minute walk distance from the flat. McDonalds and KFC is in 15 minutes walk. You can find flyers to choose your meal in the kitchen or you can cook if you like to make your own food. We provide brochures of all nice places to visit nearby like the Nottingham Castle, Newstead Abbey, Wollaton Park, National Water sport Centre.......etc.Also worth to see our 1000 years old pub called Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem and the unique Pitcher & Piano in city centre. Pubs are all nice and friendly in Nottingham not to mention that their food is luscious.
