Set within a 16th century residential farm house surrounded by 50 acres of grassland is our two bedroom cottage. A quiet countryside retreat where you really can relax and unwind. From the moment you drive through the gated entrance, you know you are in for a lovely break away from home. We ourselves love going away, and know what we would wish for, so hope we deliver nothing less to you.. A luxury two bedroom, two bathroom cottage with beautiful relaxing views of the grounds. Stylish with bold dark colours and soft cosy furnishings.. which will make you feel at home as soon as you put your bags down. Downstairs: large open plan kitchen/diner with with everything you would need for your stay. The lounge is spacious with a large cosy sofa. There's a downstairs loo. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 is a spacious room, with a kingsize bed. A cosy chair to sit and read. Ensuite has a bathtub and separate small shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with a kingsize bed, with peaceful view of the grounds. Ensuite has a bathtub with overhead shower. Outdoor: The cottage sits in an impressive courtyard, which has its own front garden, rear of the cottage is unfenced as we like to keep it open plan; there are table and chairs for you to use. You have free access in one of the fields, which leads you down to the riverside.. it's a lovely walk.. Free Parking onsite. Nearest village is Bidford On Avon (10 mins by car) or Stratford Upon Avon (15 mins). Both areas, great for pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of car parks available. The nearest bus stop is a 20 min walk. There are lots of beautiful walking routes. We live on site so are always pottering around. Let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion ! Bidford on Avon, quaint little village which sits alongside the River Avon. A small coffee shop, local one-stop. Lovely pubs and restaurants. Stratford upon Avon, great place for eating out, drinking or site seeing. You will need a car, or a taxi to get into town or village, about a 15 min car ride. There are lots of car parks to chose from. On arrival we can give you a quick guide. We live onsite so you will see us pottering around, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to call us!
